Emanti Management Group - Water & Environmental Engineering Services. Our focus lies in proactively assisting both the public and private sector in finding effective solutions to the water and environmental management responsibilities they face in their daily operations. Emanti Management is a young & expanding broad based black economic empowerment (BBBEE) water and environmental engineering company.

Emanti Management is a group of young and expanding broad-based Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) Water and Environmental Engineering companies, focused on proactively assisting both public and private sector clients in finding effective solutions to the water and environmental management responsibilities they face in their daily operations. For both the private and public sector, the task of managing water and environmental risks is fundamental to their commercial success and governance requirements. This is especially so in South Africa where the impact of water on both primary health and the environment is realised, and addressed via new legislation and growing regulation, tougher enforcement and heavier penalties for infringements. Through innovative application of its specialist expertise, Emanti Management assists both the public sector and businesses in meeting responsibilities, managing risks, and prioritising focus areas. These services enable clients to maintain best practice, prove due diligence, and operate in a cost effective manner. Grant is the Managing Director and the driving force behind Emanti. Grant is an active sports man, enjoying jogging and cycling (completed the Cape Epic in 2008) in his spare time. He, however, started working full-time for the company at the beginning of Mzi brings invaluable abilities, experience and skills to Emanti which he gained from many years in the construction and water industry. His participation is now limited only to games of chess, checkers and table tennis. Philip brings a wealth of knowledge to Emanti having achieved a BSc (Eng) in Chemical Engineering with Honours at the University of Cape Town as well as achieving Honours (with distinction) in Water Utilisation Engineering at the University of Pretoria. To relax, Philip enjoys a good glass of red wine and his other interests include books and music. She became an intern at Emanti Management in 2004, and joined Emanti as a permanent member of staff, after completing her post-graduate studies in Unathi has a keen interest in art and is an enthusiastic boxing supporter. Thabisa enjoys the outdoors (hiking and jogging), Stage Theater and family time (with my daughter). Warren also completed several IT related short courses at UNISA and is currently in the process of completing his M Tech. In his spare time, Warren enjoys the outdoors, loves sports and spending time with his friends and family. He is an enthusiastic rugby supporter and other interests include books and jazz music. She started in administration as Personal Assistant to Grant, and through her keen interest in IT and Project Management, has become more involved with the business and currently assists the Emanti team with Web-based and other project management. The experience gained from working in the UK and Holland, as well as her travel consultancy background, has provided her with good administration, organisation and communication skills. She is a mother of two daughters and some of her hobbies are exercising, hiking, decoupage and mosaic, with her passion being photography.
