We offer full service options for Catering and Event Planning in the Cape Town, Stellenbosch, Paarl, Wellington, Somerset West, Boland and Cape Winelands areas. The Youth Development Centre is aimed at developing unemployed Youths with life skills, work ethics and knowledge through Hospitality and Business Training. There is a great need in our country to empower our Youth and develop the business skills needed in order for them to be successful in work, granting them the ability to care for themselves and their families. Our vision is to create an establishment which provides guidance, support and training to Youth, equipping them with the skills necessary for employment or the establishment of their own small businesses. We are still in the process of identifying the perfect property/retail area, as it needs to be close to public transport for travelling students, and located in a busy area to give students the opportunity to sell their produce. Concept: We provide training to Youth in various areas in order to impart the knowledge and skills necessary for employment and entrepreneurial endeavours they may wish to embark on. The Lecture room is used to host workshops which will provide students with life skills, and additional skills in entrepreneurship, communication, self-presentation, confidence and much more. Marais Greyling is an experienced Hotelier, Restaurateur, Caterer and Businessman with a proven entrepreneurial track record. As a Private Hotelier, he understands the value of customer satisfaction, meeting customer’s expectations and ensuring that high levels of service are maintained. He has also been previously involved in various Training and Empowerment Projects.
